Our reports are changing....
Due to several complicated changes in law we are now using a new reporting engine.
You can contact our helpdesk on 01455890036 to discuss any of the new report layouts. The main driver infringement report is very similar, with probably slightly more detail when an offence is detected. As there are quite a few reports there are similar layouts available to the previous report-set - If you don't see what you need please get in touch.

Are you up to date with the new legislation?
As from April 11th 2007 the EU has amended many of the tachograph rules.
You can contact Andy Tallis at Armstrong Analysis Limited to discuss any training needs you may now have....
The main points to consider are;
Breaks from driving ; The driver can now split his 45 minute break into 2 periods, the latter must be at least 30 minutes in length. The 4hr 30 min driving time is calculated now using all driving, wether on road or not.
Weekly rest ; The driver must now have a full 45 hour rest period every other week. He can however, reduce the opposite rest period to 24 hours - it does not now matter if he is at base or not.
Daily rest ; The daily rest must now be minimum of 9 hours, even if a split rest period is used. There is no compensations requirement for any such reduction. The 9 hour reduction can only take place 3 times between weekly rest periods.
There are other subtle changes that will come into force - is your operation affected?
Please note that the above is not a statement of the law, which is open to interpretation.
